Shipping is free or orders $60.00 and up! We charge a flat rate based on following price points.
Orders $1.00 to $25.00 = $1.50
Orders $25.01 to $35.00 = $2.50
Orders $35.01 to $59.99 = $6.00
Orders $60.00 and up = FREE SHIPPING!

Estimated time of delivery:

We are located in Toronto Canada. All products will be shipped out via Canada Post air mail (no tracking number). If you live in Canada, please allow 7-12 business days. If you live in USA allow 15-20 business days. If you live in a country other than Canada or USA please allow for 4-6 weeks. Please note that these estimated delivery times are extreme cases and that the majority of the time your goods will arrive sooner.

Need an exchange?

If you need to exchange your Truth belt or wrist band for a different size, simply send it back to us via air mail at the address below and include (in writing) the name, colour and size of the product that you would like in exchange, along with your mailing address. On the customs form write "belt – return for exchange, made in Canada". Please be sure to send it AIR MAIL via your local post office, as we will not accept shipments via UPS, Fed-Ex or any other carrier. Our address is as follows...

Please note that when you send a product back to us for a size exchange, you do so at your expense and you will be charged for the second shipment when we send out the new product. For customers in USA this charge will be anywhere between $7.00 to $10.00 USD (depending on what product you have ordered and in which state you live in). For customers in Canada this charge will anywhere between $7.00 to $12.00 CDN plus tax (depending on what product you have ordered and in which province you live in). We will send you a payment request via PayPal once we receive your shipment. For customers outside of North America, the charge will be whatever the least expensive cost is to ship the product to you.

Returning a belt in exchange for another size can be avoided by getting out your measuring tape and actually measuring the circumference of your pants at the top (where the belt loops are). Sometimes people just go by the size tag on their pant size, which is not always accurate. We have found that the most exchanges happen when a person orders a size small belt, when they really need a size medium.

If your belt has a defect due to workmanship, or if the buckle is defective, we will be happy to replace it at no cost to you.

Rather pay with a credit card?

If you are not comfortable using Paypal you can give us a call at 416-778-1597 to pay with your credit card. US customers, please note that we no longer have a US merchant account and we will have to charge your credit card in Canadian dollars. We can accept a US check.

Looking for a refund?

You can return your Truth product for a full refund up to 60 days of the purchase date with no questions asked. Just make sure it's in perfect condition. Simply send it back to us via air mail to the address above and include in writing, that you would like a refund. Be sure to include your name so we can refund your PayPal account. On the customs form write "return for refund - made in Canada". Please be sure to send it AIR MAIL via your local post office, as we will not accept shipments via UPS, Fed-Ex or any other carrier.
